14 passengers injured as bus turns turtle in Arnia

Jammu: DD, Atleast 14 people today sustained injuries in a road accident in Kalyana area in Arnia of Jammu District.
The road accident happened when the driver of the bus carrying passengers turned turtle, leading to the injuries to 14 people.
The injured were evacuated from the spot, and they were shifted to the hospital by the police, and locals.


The injured have been identified as Rajni Sain (37), wife of Bin Singh, resident of Arnia; Dolly Devi (40), wife of Raj Kumar, resident of Pindi Charhka in Arnia; Hina Kaith (20), daughter of Rakesh Kumar, resident of Arnia; Nandni (18), daughter of Janak Raj, resident of Arnia; Amit Sharma (42), son of Puran Chand, resident of ward number 6, Arnia; Karan Kumar (32), son of Ghar Singh, resident of ward number 13, Arnia; Madan Lal (58), son of Nand Lal, resident of ward number 12, Arnia; Ashu (2), son of Beer Singh, resident of ward number 6, Arnia; Surinder Singh (50), son of Harbans Singh, resident of Kool, Arnia; Harsh Kumar (16), son of Puran Chand, resident of Arnia; Abhi Kumar (19), son of Balbir Singh, resident of Arnia; Rakesh Saini (40), resident of Arnia; Kishore Kumar (36), son of Suraj Parkesh, resident of Arnia; and Vinod Kumar (37), son of Dewan Chand, resident of Arnia.
A case in this regard has been registered at the concerned police station, and further investigation has been started.DD
