TWO NOTORIOUS CRIMINALS ARRESTED IN RS PURA

Jammu: DD,R.S.Pura Police today claimed to have arrested two criminals with sharp edged weapons.
The arrested criminals have been identified as Balbinder Kumar alias Pandey S/o Daya Ram, resident of Chakrohi Tehsil Suchetgarh and name withheld, being juvenile, also a resident of Chakrohi.
Police said that they were intercepted by Police at Chakrohi during naka checking.

A police party from Chakrohi, led by SHO RS Pura under the jurisdiction of Police Station R.S.Pura established a naka and during naka checking, both the above mentioned criminals were intercepted by Police and during personal search, 02 sharp edged weapons (i.e 02 Tokas) were recovered from their possession.

On further enquiry, it came to fore that both the accused had kept the sharp edged weapons in their possession to carry their criminal activities in the area to create fear among the locals of the area, but swift action taken by the Police, has dashed their criminal plan.

In this regard, FIR No. 14/2025 U/S 3(5) BNS, 4/25 A. Act was registered at Police Station R.S.Pura and investigation is in full swing.

The arrests we are made under supervision of SDPO R.S.Pura.
The accused Balvinder Kumar alias Pandey already had eight cases registered against him.
SP Hqrs Jammu is supervising the investigation to dig out the backward and forward linkages of these habitual criminals.

With the arrest of both the above mentioned accused persons, it’s proved that Police is duty bound to save the innocent youth of the locality from these criminals.

Police’s swift action and apprehension of these black sheep has been appreciated by general public and has warned all the criminals to abstain from this immoral trade and mend their ways otherwise they will be put behind bars very soon.

Moreover, further investigation of the case is still going on.DD
