Jammu : DD,The Jammu and Kashmir administration has effected a significant reshuffle in its bureaucratic ranks, transferring and posting several officers including the appointment of new Deputy Commissioners for key districts. As per an order issued today, Jatin Kishore, IAS, has been posted as the new Deputy Commissioner of Ganderbal, while Shishir Gupta, IAS, takes charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Shopian.
Nitish Rajora, IAS, has been appointed the new Director of Information, J&K. Rakesh Kumar, IAS, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu. Further, Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, IAS, has been named the new Sub Divisional Magistrate of Uri, Baramulla.
The order also stated that Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar, JKAS and Javid Ahmad Rather, JKAS have been asked to report to the General Administration Department for further posting. These changes, effective immediately, are aimed at improving administrative efficiency and governance in the Union Territory.DD
