Khaltse, DD, The Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Khaltse, Mohd Sharief along with Reader to SDM, Tsewang Rigzin inspected the following offices of Sub Division Khaltse today on February 12-2025,including,
Tehsil Office, PWD Office, BDO Office, Animal Husbandry Office, BMO Office, ZEO Office, Treasury Office, ICDS Office, Range Forest Office, Horticulture Office, Agriculture Office, Cooperative Office, Sheep Husbandry Office, Information Office, FCS & CA Office and Library Office of Sub-division Khaltse.
During the inspection and checking of the attendance register, all the staff of the offices including the Head of the Offices were found present.
Some staff were found on leave duly sanction and entered in the attendance register by the respective offices.
Generally the movement register has not been maintained for the field staff and SDM directed to maintain the said register by respective offices and advice to the Head of the offices of the Sub Division to ensure Punctuality of the Sub ordinate staff in their respective offices.DD
