Poonch : DD, The Under-21 Girls & Under-25 Boys Volleyball Tournament, a flagship event of the Pir Panjal Winter Festival, officially commenced on 15 Feb 2025 with a grand opening ceremony. The festival, which is being celebrated from February 9 to March 31, 2025, aims to promote youth participation in sports, cultural preservation, and social reformation.
