Bijbehara,(DD): A 31-year-old migrant labourer from Jharkhand was found dead under mysterious circumstances in the Kanjigund area of Bijbehara, South Kashmir, officials said today.
The deceased has been identified as Krishna Karmaal, son of Daneshwar Karmaal. According to officials, his body was discovered lying on the road, prompting an immediate response from local authorities.
Police have launched an investigation to ascertain the cause of death, while the body has been shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag for medico-legal formalities. (DD)
