Doda,DD, In a significant move to bolster security in the region, IGP Jammu Bhim Sen Tuti paid a visit to Doda accompanied by DIG Doda Batote, SSP Doda, and SSP Kishtwar. The visit, his first since assuming charge, underscores a collaborative approach to addressing the region’s security concerns.
During his visit, IGP Tuti held crucial meetings with the CRPF and conducted reviews of new crime cases, with a particular focus on coordinating efforts to neutralize militants operating in the area. “The coordinated approach and active involvement of local communities are key to ensuring lasting peace,” he said, emphasizing the importance of community support in security operations.
IGP Tuti expressed confidence that with continued cooperation between security forces and local residents, all militants in Doda and its surrounding regions would be neutralized soon. He added that having a clear idea of the number of militants present marks a significant step forward in the ongoing efforts to curb militancy.
