Kishtwar, DD; A delegation from the PHE Employees United Front met with the Leader of Opposition, Sh. Sunil Sharma, to highlight the pressing issues faced by daily wage workers in the department. The delegation urged him to raise their concerns in the upcoming assembly session and push for a resolution to their long-pending demands.
The delegation included Hoshiyar Singh, Rajinder Singh Taj, Mohan Lal, Rajesh Sharma, Romesh Kumar, and Ravi Hans, who emphasized the struggles of daily wagers, including delayed wages, job regularization, and better working conditions.
Sunil Sharma assured the delegation of his full support and committed to voicing their concerns in the assembly. He acknowledged the crucial role of PHE workers in maintaining essential water supply services and stressed the need for a fair and just resolution to their demands.
