Hiranagar, DD, The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Hiranagar, Phulail Singh, conducted a surprise inspection of government offices in Marheen Tehsil today, marking his maiden visit under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Kathua.
The inspected offices included the Tehsil Office, Patwar Khana, Primary Health Centre Hiranagar and BDO Office Hiranagar. During the inspection, SDM Hiranagar emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness, ensuring quick disposal of public grievances and enforcing punctuality in government offices.
He also stressed that benefits of all government schemes should reach the last person in line in real-time and directed that intensive awareness programs be provided to the general public through disclosure of scheme formats of respective departments.
The SDM warned that no lackadaisical approach would be tolerated, underscoring the administration’s commitment to transparency and accountability. Tehsildar Marheen accompanied him during the inspection.DD
