JAMMU: DD, Pakistan drones have been sighted across the International Border in Jammu, Samba, and Pathankot amid heightened tensions between the two neighbouring countries i.e., India and Pakistan.
“Drones have been sighted in Jammu, Samba (Jammu region of J&K), and Pathankot (Punjab State). They are being engaged,” the Indian defence spokesperson stated.
As the defence forces sighted drones, sirens went off and the areas under-threat plunged into darkness.
All the drones were immediately engaged by the defence system, and destroyed, as per the defence sources.
The sounds of multiple explosions could be heard in Jammu City’s surrounding areas, the reports claim.DD
