Farewell Ceremony Held in Honour of Abdul Razaq Senior Teacher GMS Khanetar

Kanuyian, DD, A heartfelt and graceful farewell ceremony was organized today at Government Middle School (GMS) Khanetar to honour Mr Abdul Razaq Senior Teacher, who is set to retire on 30th June 2025 after rendering an exemplary 30 years of dedicated and unblemished service in the education department.

The event, held under the banner of Sub-Cluster GMS Khanetar, was chaired by the Worthy Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Kanuyian, Maqbool Hussain and was attended by Headmaster GMS Khanetar, Mr. Mohd Asif, Head of Institution MS Chawn, and Heads of several Primary Schools falling under the sub-cluster.Jb. Abdul Razaq was accompanied by his sons, daughters, and other family members, adding emotional warmth to the occasion.

The event was anchored by Mr. Mohd Asif, who eloquently highlighted the distinguished career of Razaq Sb, emphasizing his unwavering commitment to imparting quality education, especially in remote and far-flung areas.Speaking on the occasion, the Headmaster of GMS Khanetar described Razaq Sb as a man of integrity, principle, discipline, and humility an earnest and cooperative teacher who earned respect through his amiable and gentle nature. His lifestyle and values, it was noted, have left a lasting impression on both colleagues and students alike.Several staff members and Heads of Institutions also shared their reflections, appreciating Mr.Razaq significant role in uplifting the educational standards of government schools through his consistent efforts and sincere devotion.Addressing the gathering, Zonal Education Officer Kanuyian, Mr.Maqbool Hussain , hailed Abdul Razaq as a gentleman of versatile virtues whose contributions will be remembered for years to come.

He urged all teachers to emulate his dedication and work with the same zeal to provide quality, result oriented education that matches the standards of private institutions.In his farewell address, Abdul Razaq extended his heartfelt gratitude to the Headmaster and the entire staff of GMS Khanetar for their support and encouragement throughout his service. He expressed contentment over his tenure and appreciation for the respect and affection shown to him.The ceremony concluded with the presentation of a token of appreciation to Abdul Razaq by Mr. Mohd Asif and his staff, along with best wishes for a happy, healthy, and peaceful post-retirement life.DD
