Leh, DD, The Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson convened an introductory meeting at the Council Secretariat to formally welcome the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC Leh, Romil Singh Donk.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman Tsering Angchuk, Executive Councillor Tashi Namgyal Yakzee, Executive Councillor Stanzin Chosphel, Executive Councillor Ghulam Mehdi, Hon’ble Leader of Opposition Tsering Namgyal, and Councillors of LAHDC Leh.
During the interaction, all the councillors briefly introduced themselves and their constituencies to the new DC/CEO.
Romil Singh Donk, who previously served as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Zanskar, expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and assured that he would work in close coordination with LAHDC Leh, guided by the collective vision and guidance of the Hill Council.
The CEC, along with the Deputy Chairman, Executive Councillors, and all the Councillors, extended their best wishes to Shri Romil Singh Donk for his new responsibilities and expressed hope for a productive and collaborative working relationship in addressing the developmental needs of the region.DD
