Leh: DD, A camp for the revision of the Panchayat Electoral Roll in Leh district was commenced today in the presence of Deputy Commissioner/District Panchayat Election Officer, Leh , Romil Singh Donk, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Leh Ghulam Mohd.
,District Panchayat Officer/Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Leh , District Informatics Officer, NIC Leh.
The camp began with the display of electoral rolls at designated booths, managed by Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs) and Panchayat Electoral Booth Officers (PEBOs).
Special camps for revision of electoral rolls will be held on:
- 26-27 July, 2025
- 2-3 August, 2025
- 9-10 August, 2025
The revision process aims to ensure addition, deletion, correction and transposition of voters in the Panchayat electoral roll.
All eligible voters who are 18 years as on 01.01.2025 are encouraged to participate and update their information during the special camps.DD
