Leh: DD, Two Indian Army officers including a Lt Colonel today lost their lives, and three others – two majors and a captain – sustained injuries in a tragic road accident, as per the report.
It further stated that the accident happened when a huge rock hit their vehicle in Leh while a convoy of the Army was heading towards Chongtash from Durbuk during morning hours.


Immediately, the accident victims were evacuated to the hospital for their treatment, the reports claim.
The identity of the deceased Army personnel has been established as Lt Col Bhanu Pratap Singh and Lance Dafadar Daljeet Singh. Further reports are awaited.DD
