Tiranga Rally Organised by GDC Kishtwar

Kishtwar, DD, As part of the ongoing Independence Day celebrations, Government Degree College Kishtwar today organised a vibrant Tiranga Rally from the college campus to Char Chinar, Kishtwar, and back to the college. The rally aimed to spread the message of patriotism, unity, and national pride.
The event was jointly organised by the NSS and NCC units of the college under the guidance of Principal Prof. Basharat Iqbal. The NSS Programme Officer, Prof. Esarul Ayub, and the NCC Officer, Prof. Prithivi Raj, coordinated the rally with great zeal and dedication.
All faculty members actively participated, walking alongside students and volunteers, proudly carrying the tricolour and raising spirited slogans that resonated with the ideals of freedom.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Prof. Basharat Iqbal commended the NSS and NCC units for their teamwork and dedication in organising the event, and urged the youth to uphold the values of unity, discipline, and love for the nation.
The rally concluded back at the college campus with the singing of the National Anthem, reaffirming the participants’ commitment to the ideals of the Constitution of India.DD
