Calicut:DD, Markazu Saquafathi Sunniyya proudly celebrated the 79th Independence Day of India at its headquarters in Calicut with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor.
The ceremony was led by the Founder, Sheikh Abubakr Ahmad, who hoisted the national flag and delivered an inspiring address to the students, highlighting the importance of unity and national responsibility. Director General C. Muhammed Faizi chaired the program.
Students from Jamia Markaz Islamic University, Markaz Boys School, and MEMS International took part in the celebrations with active participation. As part of the event, the students also made a solemn pledge to uphold the values of the nation and contribute to its unity and progress.
Independence Day was also observed across the country under the umbrella of Markaz Institutions, spreading the spirit of patriotism, unity, and responsibility to a wider audience.DD
