Kishtwar Congress distributes relief to Chisoti Victims

Chisoti ( Kishtwar),DD: Senior Congress leaders of Kishtwar today extended relief support to those affected by the recent Chisoti tragedy, as the relief and rescue measures continue there.

Senior Congress leaders led by Veteran leader Sheikh Haider alongwith former minister G.M. Saroori , Former PCC General Secretary Pyare Lal Shan and former Secretary Shiekh Irshad contributed to provide essential relief items to the victims in view of the magnitude of the tragedy and arranged to it to be distributed amongst the needy people.

The relief materials were distributed on the ground by Pyare Lal Shan, Sheikh Irshad, Rangail Singh, President of the BCC, along with Anas Mujtaba Munshi, General Secretary of the Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC), and other local Congress leaders.

This humanitarian initiative was taken on the guidance of PCC Chief Tariq Hameed Karra and reflects the commitment of the Congress party to stand in solidarity with the affected families during this difficult time, ensuring timely aid and support.

The Congress leaders have urged the government to intensify the relief and rescue as well as rehabilitation package to the affected population.DD
