Khaltsi: DD, A meeting regarding the Table Top Exercise of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) was chaired today by the AERO at the conference hall of BDO office, Khaltsi.
The exercise was convened to review the preparedness and ensure smooth implementation of the upcoming revision activities under the Election Commission guidelines.
During the meeting, the AERO highlighted the importance of strict adherence to the schedule and directions issued for the Special Intensive Revision.
Officials from various departments, including BLOs and supervisory staff, attended the session. Detailed discussions were held on roles and responsibilities, disposal of claims and objections within stipulated time, and proper coordination among field functionaries.
The AERO stressed the need for accuracy, transparency, and timely action at every stage of the pre – revision process to ensure free and fair elections. He also instructed the officers to remain vigilant and extend full cooperation during the entire exercise.
The meeting concluded with a commitment from all concerned officials to carry out the revision work in a systematic and efficient manner.DD
