Rajouri: DD, One person lost his life while 2 others were injured after a fatal road accident took place near the Sports Stadium area of Kheora in Rajouri district.
An official said that the accident occured when two motorcycles JK21D-5163 and JK11F-7435 collided head-on, leaving three people seriously injured. All were immediately rushed to GMC Rajouri for medical treatment.
During treatment, one of the injured, Intikab Alam (45), son of Shafi, resident of DC Colony Rajouri, succumbed to his injuries, he said.
He added that the other two injured have been identified as Anwar-ul-Rehman and Sohail Ahmed, residents of the Sam Smit area of Rajouri.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and launched an investigation. (KNC)
