POLICE ORGANISES MARTYRS’ MEMORIAL BADMINTON TOURNAMENT IN BHADERWAH

Doda,DD: Doda Police today organised a Martyrs’ Memorial Badminton Tournament at Government Higher Secondary School (Boys), Bhaderwah under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) to honour the supreme sacrifices of police martyrs and to promote sportsmanship among the youth.
The tournament was conducted under the supervision of SDPO Bhaderwah, Shoket Ali, on the directions of SSP Doda, Sandeep Mehta.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, youth, and sports enthusiasts of the Bhaderwah area.
The tournament aimed to foster a spirit of healthy competition and teamwork while paying homage to the brave hearts who laid down their lives in the line of duty.


A total of 8 teams participated in the tournament. Matches were conducted in a knockout format, followed by 2 semifinals and 1 final.
The participants showcased remarkable skill, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the competition.DD
