Srinagar: DD, Jammu and Kashmir National Conference president Farooq Abdullah Thursday Congress’s backing in the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections.
Speaking to media persons, Abdullah said, “Congress is with us and they are supporting us in the Rajya Sabha elections.”
On Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s recent remarks on Halal certification, he remarked.
“India believes in unity in diversity and till we maintain diversity, India will strengthen. No one stays in power forever; a time will come when they will be removed from power.” (KNC)
