Prof. Rashid was a towering figure in the field of surgery and medical education at GMC Srinagar.
He Headed the department of Surgery, leaving an enduring mark on the institution and the medical fraternity.
His remarkable skill as a surgeon, inspiring teaching, and pioneering contributions to surgery and medical education in Jammu & Kashmir will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude.
