TWO HARDCORE CRIMINALS BOOKED UNDER PSA

Jammu: Police today claimed to have booked two hardcore criminals under Public Safety Act (PSA).

Acting tough against criminals Jammu Police today booked two hardcore criminals from R S Pura, Arnia area under PSA and lodged both of them in District Jail Poonch.

The notorious criminal namely Paramjeet Kumar alias Jungi, son of Lt. Devi Dass, resident of Draptey Tehsil R.S Pura District Jammu has been booked under PSA after obtaining formal detention orders from the District Magistrate, Jammu.
The booked notorious,hardcore criminal has been subsequently lodged in District Jail Poonch

Another hardcore criminal namely Shubam Saini @Mundi, son of Darshan Lal Saini, resident of Arnia involved in multiple FIR’s in recent months has also been booked under PSA after obtaining formal detention orders from the District Magistrate, Jammu.The booked hard-core criminal has been subsequently lodged in District Jail Poonch .

It is pertinent to mention here that multiple FIR’s are already registered against the above mentioned criminals in Jammu District.

The above said hardcore criminals have remained successful every time in securing the bails from the Hon’ble Courts and in order to refrain the subject from indulging in criminal activities, dossier’s under stringent PSA were recommended against the subjects, upon which, the District Magistrate Jammu, after getting satisfied issued a PSA warrants against them.

These arrests were made by a team of Police Station Arnia headed by SHO PS Arnia and team of PS R S Pura led by SHO R S Pura respectively under the supervision of SDPO R.S. Pura and SP Headquarters Jammu.

The locals of the area have highly appreciated the efforts of the Jammu Police in curbing criminal activities in the area.DD
