Kishtwar: In a humanitarian gesture, the Assam Rifles of the Indian Army organized a free medical camp in Keshwan Nagni village, Kishtwar district.
This outreach program aimed to assist the underprivileged residents of the village, who have been severely impacted by terrorism.
During their interaction with the villagers, the people appreciated the Indian Army’s efforts in setting up the medical camp, providing free check-ups and medicines.
Over 200 patients benefited from the medical facilities provided by the expert team from the Indian Army. The camp was highly praised by the locals.
Moreover, the initiative wasn’t limited to healthcare. The army also focuses on providing educational assistance to children in the area.
Following the camp, the army conducted a search operation as a security measure in the area to prevent any untoward incidents, ensuring the village’s safety and security.DD
