Jammu: Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, Chief of Air Staff (CAS), and Sarita Singh, President of the Air Force Family Welfare Association (AFFWA), hosted an ‘At Home’ event at the Army House for more than 500 NCC cadets representing all 17 NCC Directorates from across the country.
Representing India’s diverse regions, the cadets participated in an informal interaction that provided valuable first-hand insights into the life, values and ethos of the Indian Air Force, inspiring many to consider careers in the armed forces and other avenues of national service.
The cadets visit concluded with the singing of the National Anthem. Such engagements reaffirm the Indian Air Force’s commitment to mentoring and inspiring the nation’s youth, while strengthening the enduring bond between the NCC and the Armed Forces.DD
