Jammu: As part of its continued commitment towards Nation Building and community welfare, the Indian Army constructed a community toilet facility at Khana Chargal, Jammu, catering to an essential requirement of the local population. The initiative is line with PM Swach Bharat Scheme and reflects the Army’s proactive role in promoting sanitation, hygiene and inclusive development in remote areas.
The event was graced by Shri Rehmat Ali, BDC Member, Smt Samima Begam, DDC Member, Sarpanch and Panchayat members, along with Army officers led by the Commanding Officer of the unit. This initiative once highlights the continued steadfast resolve of Tiger Division and Indian Army to serve the nation beyond the call of duty.DD
