Srinagar: Sleuths of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday conducted raids at six different locations across the Kashmir Valley.
According to reports, the raids were carried out simultaneously in Sopore, Bandipora, and Srinagar by NIA teams, accompanied by paramilitary personnel, in connection with ongoing terror-related cases.
“The NIA is trying to trace the conspiracy behind these terror-related cases and identify what kind of support was provided to terrorists for their sustainability in the Kashmir Valley,” the reports claimed.
Although officials remained tight-lipped, sources said the raids were aimed at dismantling the terror network in Jammu and Kashmir.
Till the filing of this report, NIA teams were still conducting searches in the three districts as part of the ongoing investigation.DD
