J&K Clerical Staff Association Seeks Swift Implementation of CAT Court Order

Jammu:TDD, The J&K All Departments Clerical Staff Association (J&K-ADCSA) held a crucial meeting on October 26th to discuss the recent Hon’ble CAT Court Order mandating the retrospective implementation of Pay Anomaly benefits for the J&K Clerical cadre.

The association’s leadership, including State President Babu Hussain Malik and Chairman Mohammad Sultan Mir, emphasized the need for swift implementation of the court order. They have already met with several key government officials, including Cabinet Ministers and the Advisor to the Chief Minister, to convey their concerns and seek support for the cause.

In addition to the Pay Anomaly issue, the association has also raised other pressing concerns such as the restoration of two increments for SATC qualified Clerical Cadre, the release of pending Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) installments, Gratuity, Leave Salary, and General Provident Fund (GPF).

The J&K-ADCSA has vowed to tirelessly advocate for the rights and welfare of the Clerical Cadre, leaving no stone unturned to ensure the timely resolution of all outstanding issues.TDD
