SSP KISHTWAR CHAIRS DISTRICT LEVEL POLICE CONFERENCE

Kishtwar,TDD,A strategic meeting was convened today at the District Police Office (DPO) Kishtwar under the leadership of SSP Kishtwar Abdul Qayoom-JKPS. The session focused on conducting an impact assessment and baseline study of the recommendations from the DGsP/IGsP Conference-2023, with the objective of evaluating the current status, awareness, and surveillance levels regarding the implementation of these recommendations within Kishtwar district.

Officers were directed to prioritize the ground-level implementation of specific recommendations. They were instructed to prepare and submit a detailed report addressing all assigned points, along with photographic documentation. This will enable the timely compilation and submission of the findings to higher authorities.

The meeting was attended by Addl. SP Kishtwar, DYSP DAR DPL Handwara, SDPO, DYSP PC, all SHOs, in-charges of Police Posts (IC PPs), and other officers. Attendees actively discussed the gaps in existing implementation processes at the ground level, with SSP Kishtwar highlighting the importance of swift compliance with key recommendations to strengthen law enforcement and community engagement.TDD
