JAMMU: An encounter today started with the terrorist at Kathua – Basantgarh border of Udhampur district, as per the PRO Defence.
Based on specific intelligence, an operation was launched in Kathua.
“A contact has been established at Kathua-Basantgarh border with the terrorists,” the PRO Defence said.
He said that the operation is under progress and the details are being ascertained.TDD
