Jammu:TDD, Dy. Inspector General of Police (DIG) of Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range (JSK) Range, Shiv Kumar Sharma-IPS held a comprehensive visit of border area of Arnia Bishnah and R.S.Pura of district Jammu along-with SP HQ , SDPO R.S.Pura.
Security review of these areas was conducted. DIG JKS RANGE met with Police officials VDG members in sensitive area AIk Nallah,Phaghu Nallah, Chakroi,Sai also met with BSF authorities fir better coordination as a part of Border management system BOP Sai Harpal (SH) Way,Suchetgarh, Bakarpur and discuss various security related issues and imparted necessary directions regarding establish joint nakas for better results.
He also visited in Border Police Posts Dewangarh and Hara Pir Checkpost Sai Kallan chakroi and directed the Incharge Police Post officials for redressal of Public grievances in a time bound manner and briefed the nafri for their sensitivity of duty and they were directed to remain extra vigilant on their points. Moreover all the officers were directed to strengthening all the nakas especially during night hours and keep watch on Antisocial and Antinattional Elements who crossed the nakas especially during late night and wee hours. General Public in these areas are also requested to give timely information to Police.TDD
