Samba: TDD- In continuation to its drive against the Absconders/Criminals, J&K Police apprehended an absconders who was wanted in a case FIR registered at Police Station Vijaypur during the year 2014.
A Police team of Police Station Vijaypur headed by SHO PS Vijaypur Insp Zaheer Mushtaq succeeded in apprehending an absconder namely Salam Din S/o Dulla Gujjar R/o Rakh Barotain tehsil Vijaypyur district Samba wanted in case FIR No.20/2014 U/S 451/323/147 RPC registered at PS Vijaypur. The said accused was evading his arrest since 2014 after the commission of the crime.
Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and the arrest warrant u/s 512 CrPC issued against him was executed.TDD
