Jammu :-TDD,Jammu Police continuing firm action against Criminals,achieved a significant breakthrough by arresting a criminal with a desi katta (illegal Hand Gun) and a live round in the Miran Sahib area of Jammu.
During a routine patrolling near Balol Bridge on Ring Road, the Police team of Police Station Miran Sahib, led by SHO under the supervision of SDPO R.S. Pura and SP Hqrs, spotted a suspicious individual attempting to conceal his identity.
The accused, identified as Harjinder Singh @ Kaka, son of Jagir Singh, resident of Chak Jandran, Arnia,currently residing at TCP Kharian, Miran Sahib, was apprehended. Upon searching, police recovered a desi katta along with one live round from his possession.
A case FIR No. 120/2024 U/S 3/25 Arms Act has been registered and further investigation is underway.Jammu Police reaffirms its commitment in maintaining peace and security in the region.TDD
