Jammu:TDD, The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has received permission from District Magistrate Samba (Order No. DMS/JC/2024-25/3784-88) for girder launching work at Mount Litera School Tarore as part of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway Project. Traffic will be suspended between Bari Brahmna and Raya Morh from 11:30 PM to 4:00 AM on December 9-10 and 10-11, 2024.
Commuters are advised to use the Ring Road alternative route via Jakh-Zamindara-Ring Road-Bishnah-Miransahib. Traffic diversions include: vehicles from Samba-Kathua will be diverted to Ring Road from Zamindara Dhaba; Jammu-bound traffic will be diverted at Satwari; vehicles up to 10 tires will be diverted at Kunjwani towards Seora; Bari Brahmana traffic will be rerouted at Sidco Chowk; and light vehicles will be diverted at Sarore towards Rasila Ashram.
