Udhampur :TDD- District Police Udhampur arrested one drug peddler in the jurisdiction of Police Station Chenani and recovered 4.75 grams heroin like substance from his possession.
Police team from PS Chenani led by its SHO while performing patrolling duty apprehended one person namely Hamid Khan @Midu S/O Latif R/O W.No. 3 Chenani from Chenani-Champari road who turned to be suspicious as he tried to flee from the spot.On frisking, 4.75 grams of heroin like substance was recovered from his possession who has been arrested on spot.
On this, a case FIR No. 185/2024 under relevant sections of law stands registered at PS Chenani.Further investigation of the case is underway.TDD
