Jammu, (TDD): BJP’s Leader of Opposition in Jammu and Kashmir, Sunil Sharma, on today accused the National Conference (NC) of orchestrating a “political drama” in the recent reservation protest, calling it a “fixed match” between Aga Ruhullah and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
Sharma alleged that the protest was a staged spectacle aimed at misleading the public. “For the first time, we see members of the same ruling faction protesting publicly while privately meeting the Chief Minister. This is nothing but theatrics,” he remarked.
He further criticized NC, stating they would fail to deceive aspirants seeking opportunities through open merit. Sharma also launched a sharp attack on Congress, accusing it of conspiring against Dr. B.R. Ambedkar during his tenure as Law Minister. Referring to Ambedkar’s removal from the ministry, Sharma termed it a “deliberate attempt to undermine his legacy” and demanded an unconditional apology from Congress for tarnishing the image of the chief architect of the Indian constitution(TDD)
