Udhampur:TDD, Fitness Festival was organized at Mini Stadium Ground, Udhampur, promoting health, wellness, and physical fitness among the community. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and local residents.
Pawan Kumar Gupta, MLA, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his address, Gupta highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and encouraged the youth to actively participate in sports and fitness activities to build a strong and disciplined society.
The festival featured a variety of activities, including Yoga Sessions, Arobics Demonstrations,Fitness Challenges, Athletic Competitions and Cultural Performances
Prizes and certificates were distributed to participants who showcased exceptional talent and performance during the festival. Pawan Kumar Gupta appreciated the efforts of the organizers and emphasized the need for promoting fitness programs to combat health issues and encourage a healthy community.
