Kishtwar, TDD,Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishtwar, Phulail Singh , conducted a comprehensive awareness program regarding Awaas Saptah under PMAY-G and World Toilet Day under SBM-G in Panchayat Jar and Affani of Block Padder today with aimed to promote affordable housing, sanitation facilities, and hygiene practices in rural areas.
During the course of Awareness Program, ACD Kishtwar emphasized the importance of sanitation, hygiene, and affordable housing, highlighting government schemes and benefits. He exhorted upon PMAY-G beneficiaries to ensure early completion of their pending houses so that additional deserving beneficiaries would also rop in under the said scheme. He warmed for stren action against the deflauter beneficiaries.
The ACD scrutinized ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Futher Rdd schemes and projects were assessed for effectiveness and impact on the ground.
During the tour, he inspected various works executed under IWMP.
In the Gram Sabha livelihood and production system location plan was also finalized under IWMP Project of Padder which witnessed by active participation of Self Helf Groups, General Public and members of watershed management Committee.
A public grievance redressal camp was organized where Local concerns were addressed and issues resolved on the spot.
