Kishtwar, DD, Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishtwar, Phulail Singh, JKAS, conducted a comprehensive field visit to Inderwal-C of Block Inderwal to inspect ongoing development projects under MGNREGA, Capex, SBM-G, and PMAY-G. The visit aimed to assess progress, address public grievances, and ensure the effective implementation of government schemes.
During the inspection, ACD Kishtwar directed officials to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. He also instructed job card holders to ensure their presence at work sites and reminded contractors to adhere to deadlines.
As part of the visit, public redressal camps were held at Arya Singpur and Gujarari, where Sh. Phulail Singh listened to grievances and issued on-the-spot resolutions. He directed the Surveyor to conduct a beneficiary survey as per government guidelines to ensure no deserving individual is left out.
At Gujarari, the ACD also emphasized the importance of the Nasha Mukt Abhiyan, urging the community to actively participate in eradicating drug abuse.
Later, at GP Dadpeth of Block Mughalmaidan, he interacted with the public and resolved their issues. Asif Ali, Panchayat Secretary, provided an overview of the Panchayat’s developmental progress. The ACD instructed the completion of a PMAY-G left-out survey as per SOPs without delay.
Reaffirming the administration’s commitment to grassroots governance, Phulail Singh emphasized an “office to Panchayat” approach for sustainable development and transparent grievance redressal.
