Ramban, TDD: To review the arrangements for the upcoming 76th Republic Day celebrations, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ramban, Varunjeet Singh Charak, convened a meeting with the concerned officers today.
The meeting was attended by ACD Shrinath Suman, ACP Ashfaq Ahmad, Chief Education Officer (CEO), District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO), Tehsildar, Executive Engineer PWD, and other officials from various departments.
During the meeting, the ADC reviewed the preparedness for cultural programs and other related events. He directed the officers to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made in line with the directives issued by Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, during the previous planning meetings.
The ADC emphasized the importance of meticulous coordination among all departments to ensure a successful and grand celebration of Republic Day in the district. He further instructed the concerned departments to finalize arrangements for security, seating, stage setup, and other logistical aspects at the earliest.
The meeting concluded with the assurance of collective efforts from all departments to make the 76th Republic Day celebrations a memorable and patriotic event for the people of Ramban.TDD
