Jammu,TDD,Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Jammu Zone, Anand Jain, IPS, along with senior officers, bid farewell to the outgoing General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Delta Force, Major General Upkar Chander, at Zonal Police Headquarters in Jammu.
ADGP Jain commended Major General Chander’s outstanding leadership and his contributions to peace and security in Jammu, especially in counter-terrorism operations. The close coordination between Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Indian Army under his command was highlighted as instrumental in achieving operational successes.
Major General Chander expressed gratitude for the support and collaboration with the police, emphasizing the importance of joint efforts in addressing security challenges.
