Leh: DD, Following a meeting chaired by the CEC, Tashi Gyalson, LAHDC Leh, the Additional District Magistrate, Ghulam Mohd (JKAS), has invoked Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, imposing a complete ban on the illegal discharge of waste and drainage into the Indus River by households, vehicles, and commercial establishments etc.DD
