Amity Meeting For Gujjar & Bakarwals at Faislabad   Poonch

Poonch, TDD,Indian Army organized an Amity Meeting with the local residents of Faislabad in Poonch District. The said meeting was organized to increase the outreach to locals and improve the coordination between Awam and Indian Army.

The locals were informed of the prevailing situation and the ongoing army efforts in order to negate militant activity in the remote areas. It also provided an opportunity for residents to openly address various issues they face within their village. The role of Army and Awaam to fight together Terrorism in the region was the key highlight during the meet.

All attendees expressed their appreciation for the Indian Army’s efforts to reach out to the locals. A total of 19 locals were present.TDD
