Samba :TDD,J&K Police has organized anti-drug awareness programmes, aiming to sensitize students about the dangers of drug abuse, at Govt. Degree College Vijaypur and Govt. Higher Secondary School Vijaypur district Samba which were attended by students, teaching faculty and other members of the school management.
The programmes at Govt. Degree College Vijaypur and Govt. Higher Secondary School Vijaypur organized under Civic Action Programme (CAP) were presided over by SDPO Vijaypur accompanied by SHO Police Station Vijaypur in which a total of twenty one students had actively participated in the said drug awareness programmes. All the participating students of both the educational institutions were given school bags alongwith stationary items as a token of appreciation for their participation.
The Principal of Govt. Degree College Vijaypur and GHSS Vijaypur expressed their sincere gratitude to the Police Department for their generous contributions, which significantly enhanced the learning environment for the students. The efforts of J&K Police in promoting awareness about the negative impact of drug abuse were highly appreciated by the school management and attendees.TDD
