Jammu :DD, A Press conference was held at Press Club Jammu organised by the Anti Militancy Front headed by Bashir Ahmad Jagal National President. The agenda of the meeting was to highlight the discriminatory attitude adopted by the Relief Organisation, J&K with the persons fighting with the Militants since 1990 till date, faced the bullets from the Anti-National Elements, who damaged the immage of the state we, have made every efforts to restore the peace in the trouble torn state. This is all with our sincere efforts creating the wonderful atmosphere among the masses which is a great achievement and thanks to the Central Government for extending the support In our anti-national front, there are all castes of people like Hindu, Muslim and Sikhs as weli working with great anthusiastic and shoulder to shoulder.
The relief Organisation has stopped the relief to Sikh, Hindu and Muslim migrants of the Kashmir valley since last one and half years and no cash relief in the shape of cash and kind are being provided to them with the result the migrants are suffering a lot and most of them are facing starvation situation like The relief Commissioner- J&K Jammu has illegally stopped them the ration and cash without any logic. It is not known as to on what grounds such step has been taken by the authority, several verifications were conducted by the CID authority, but of no use. The Relief Commissioner is making an pick and choose policy as such it is demanded that such pick and choose policy should hence be stopped and if the relief authority desires the verification, then every migrant (all) should got verified, otherwise it will be deemed to be a conspiracy hatched against us by the Relief Organisation.
In the press conference, it has been demanded that all Migrants from the Kashmir Valley should be provided 10 Marla’s of the land for dwelling purposes so that these migrants can have a sigh of relief and live therein peacefully at par with other residents / society people
It is stressed upon the Relief Commissioner Jammu and Kashmir to redress the grievances of the Migrants of the front whose ration cards / Relief Cards etc. are stopped be restored immediately the total numbering of them which comes to 1302 in all failing to do so all these migrants will proceed to New Delhi for protest in the capital near parliament house.DD
