Kishtwar: DD, Security forces have launched a massive hunt in the forests of Naidgam area of District Kishtwar, following intelligence inputs about the movement of suspected terrorists.
As per the reports, a joint search operation was launched by the Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Indian Army for the consecutive second day in the remote area surrounded by the dense forests.
“The combing operation has been intensified as the senior officials from police, and army have reached the spot to monitor the ongoing anti-terror operation,” the sources added.
Meanwhile, the security forces have also established checkpoints at several locations to put a check on the suspicious movement. Further details are awaited.DD
