Leh: Army Day was marked in Ladakh with great fervour and pride where Lt Gen Hitesh Bhalla, GOC, Fire and Fury Corps, paid solemn tribute at the iconic Hall of Fame War Memorial, Leh, honouring the Bravehearts who laid down their lives in defence of the nation.
Beyond its combat role, Fire and Fury Corps continues to be a lifeline for remote border areas through sustained humanitarian assistance and nation building initiatives.
The GOC lauded all ranks, their families, veterans and civilian staff for their dedication and indomitable spirit, urging all stakeholders to collectively work towards National Security and the development of Ladakh.DD
