Ashok Koul reaffirms BJP’s commitment to develop Ladakh

Koul asks BJP activists to support needy, expand outreach in remote Kargil villages

Kargil:DD, The Modi government has demonstrated a strong commitment to the development of Ladakh through various strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing governance, infrastructure, and socio-economic growth in the region, said Ashok Koul.

Ashok Koul, General Secretary (Organization), Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh visited Kargil District accompanied by Phunchok Stanzin, President, BJP Ladakh, Tsering Mutup, President, Kisan Morcha and Thinless Chosdup, General Secretary, BJYM.

BJP executive members and the Mandal Presidents of District Kargil & Drass both headed by Mohd Ali Chandan, District President BJP Kargil along with Mohd. Ali Majaz, Chairman Hajj Committee, and Rigzin Gyurmet, Councillor LAHDC Kargil.

Ashok Koul, in his address, highlighted the prominent role of BJP activists to achieve the progress and overall development of Kargil district. He necessitated the active participation of the organization at the ground level to bring in the welcome change that has been envisioned by us all.

He said that the prime motto of BJP activists is to work for the welfare of the nation and its residents, which cannot be achieved without the welfare of the needy and the neglected living at the bottom hierarchical level of society particularly in the vast and difficult territorial region of Kargil.

He called for the active engagement of the party activists to ensure the benefit of the Modi government’s public welfare schemes to the needy population. At the same time, he called for activists’ role to strengthen the organizational structure of the party and extend the party activities to every remote village of the region.

Phunchok Stanzin highlighted the role of the Modi government to develop the much-needed infrastructure, which includes development of All-weather roads to ensure all year connectivity, digital connectivity, eco & cultural tourism, educational, health, employment and entrepreneurship development in Kargil.DD
