Assam Rifles to organize late Rifleman Ravi Kumar Cricket Tournament in Kishtwar

Kishtwar,(DD):In a bid to honor the memory of the late Rifleman Ravi Kumar, the Assam Rifles will be organizing a cricket tournament in Kishtwar.
The event, set to take place in the coming weeks, aims to celebrate the brave sacrifices made by Kumar (Indian Army soldier).

Rifleman Ravi Kumar, known for his courage and dedication, was an exemplary figure who served his country with honor. His legacy has inspired many, especially in the Kishtwar region, and this tournament serves as a tribute to his life and contributions.

The tournament will feature local teams, giving young cricketers from Kishtwar and nearby areas an opportunity to showcase their skills and engage in healthy competition.
“This initiative is not only to remember our Fallon comrade, but also to promote sports and unity among the youth of Kishtwar.
The tournament is expected to bring the community together, fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship while remembering the sacrifices made by Rifleman Ravi Kumar.
