Jammu: DD, Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) honoured Kavinder Gupta, Lt. Governor of Ladakh in an impressive function held at K C Orchid (BVP).
The function was held under the leadership of its General Secretary, Dinesh Gupta, organized a special program to showcase the Parishad’s ongoing initiatives and achievements in Jammu as well as across the country.
Members of BVP extended their warm congratulations to Kavinder Gupta on assuming charge as Lt. Governor of Ladakh a few months earlier.
In his address, Dinesh Gupta highlighted the various social and developmental activities carried out by Kavinder Gupta in Ladakh region
Gupta recalled Kavinder Gupta’s illustrious public life spanning over four decades, marked by the unwavering trust and goodwill of the people.

Speaking on the occasion, Dinesh Gupta noted: The people-friendly and clean image of Shri Kavinder Gupta, his accessibility to citizens, and his dedication to public welfare have earned him the well-deserved recognition of being entrusted with the responsibility of Lt. Governor of Ladakh. The Union Territory of Ladakh will undoubtedly benefit immensely from his vast administrative experience, vision, and integrity.
Kavinder Gupta in his address said that he is working hard with full dedication and honesty to make ladakh a big tourist hub.
He also said that a new way is going to be ready very soon from Ladakh to Amar Nath with good road connectivity.
Neeraj Anand, president Chamber of Traders Federation and Arun Sharma Regional Joint Secretary also spoke on this occasion.
The program concluded with members of BVP reaffirming their support towards national development and expressing confidence that under Kavinder Gupta’s leadership Ladakh will continue to progress on the path of peace prosperity and inclusivity
